Hyperspectral Imager
The hyperspectral imager consists of a very high speed dynamically tunable filter and a high sensitivity camera. It can be added to any microscope C mount port on inverted or upright microscopes. It then converts the microscope into a highly versatile, dynamic, wavelength selective imaging system.
The applications - just within microscopy - for hyperspectral imaging are diverse and numerous. Any observations that require or would benefit from full field wavelength information within the image are possibilities. These include
Immunohistochemistry
Quantum Dots (Q-Dots)
Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH)
Fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET)
Spectral Karyotyping (SKY)
