Wavelength Agile Lightsource

The OL 490 wavelength agile light source has the unique capability that it allows users to dynamically and arbitrarily change its spectral output.

The OL 490 system comprised a Xenon lamp as its primary source; and a tunable diffraction grating (formed using DLP technology from Texas Instruments).

Light is output from a flexible 3mm liquid light guide.
